DESIGN REVIEW
Working with your architect and/or designer, we will review your architectural drawings, paying close attention to your goals and budget while focusing in greater detail on traffic flow, adjacencies, offering/program, revenue vs. non-revenue generating space, functionality, and finish selection. We can provide treatment room specifications and minimum standards for all spa spaces, recommend suppliers and fitness equipment layouts, advise on the operational implications of interior design schemes, lighting schemes, ceiling layouts, A/V, and sound/noise issues. We are knowledgable about essential specifications such as, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E).
